Return & Refund Policy
At Sona Food Products, we take pride in delivering premium quality organic foods. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original, unopened packaging (as food safety is our priority).
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly share a photograph of the damaged item along with your Order ID, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately.
Due to the nature of organic food products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed.
- Perishable goods with a short shelf life.
- Items purchased on clearance or special sale.
Once we receive your item, our quality assurance team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), Sona Food Products will cover the return shipping costs.
